Dennis Duffy

Dennis is an award-winning interior designer and a recognized voice in Boston’s design community—though his path was anything but conventional. Originally bound for medical school with a degree in chemistry, a detour to Miami’s Design District changed everything. Interior design captivated him, blending his grounding in science with his family’s artistic roots—a combined perspective that continues to define his approach.
After graduating from Parsons School of Design, Dennis trained at leading residential firms in New York before founding his own studio in 1989. A decade later, he relocated to Boston, where he has built a reputation for designing distinctive homes and commercial spaces across Greater Boston, New York, and Florida.
In 2025, he was named president of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) New England Chapter, furthering his longstanding commitment to mentorship and the design community he has helped shape.
